Freeze dried flasks are blue anodized, 300mL conical flasks with a single freeze dried scaled to fit standard 300mL conical tubes. Top and bottom of each flask are laser etched with an index of refraction providing a measurement reference at all times. The scale is etched on both the glass and the bottom of the flask. The decal is thermally applied using an inert, non-fogging, proprietary method. Tolerances for tolerances are provided on the necks of flasks as well as on the necks of the ground glassware. The necks are drilled to provide a marking area. These flasks can be used for freeze-dried blood without prior boiling or distillation.
