This fume hood is desiccator compatible and converts any incubator, including water-cooled, and bench-mounted walk-in hoods, into an effective double-wall container. The unique double wall construction meets both USEPA requirements for direct food contact and USEPA requirements for protective gasketing / sorbitors on vacuum/static release systems. Sterile gloves are easily removed with a simple twist and lock motion. The well-padded shoulder strap provides a long wearing comfortable fit. Openings in the well liners allow the addition of glove liners as needed. The basic construction is the same as that of a double walled cabinet which simplifies cleaning and simplifies the setup procedure. Grommets at the openings of both glove liners and between glove layers allow access for glove removal. A universal Griene strip is incorporated into the filter keeping it clean and sterile. Non-woven fabric liners and non-woven liners are easily removed and cleaned with running tap water.
