This clean room equipment box encapsulates the glove box and filtered area from the outside environment using an ethylene / glass laminate material, which encloses a molded filter cartridge that provides the lowest possible exposure level. A magnet on the filter housing of the Labconco Chi Glove Box Enviromental Box (E) holds in place the filter cartridge while preventing it from slipping off the holder. A comfortable gel pad is included for use with the glove box. The inert gas (FEA) in the filter keeps the filter working properly. The Protector(TM) Series Fiberglass Enviroment Box Enviromental Boxes are the only filtered protective box on the market that combines protection from all angles with a unique, patent pending, layering concept. A unique feature of this newly developed filtering system is the patented PERMAX(TM) filtering system.
