Labconco Ss Ca Glove Box 230v 5080145 is a safe, reliable box that will deter the spread of germs. The Ss glove box by Labconco eliminates the need to use wet disinfection or cumbersome cleaning procedures that can potentially expose workers to dangerous germs and chemicals. Each time a syringe is inserted into the glove box, a carbon dioxide vapor cloud is created which can be dangerously high in germ count. The Labconco Ss glove box is fitted with a replaceable activation battery which initiates the fans and thereby prevents any errant openings or prematurely bursting of the bag. This feature make it ideally suited for glove box contamination control. Each box is clearly labelled with the glove box number and color indicating the level of contamination. The information panel displays the level of contamination in bold red type. The green indicator light on the box indicates there is current present. The metering feature has been activated by the protective gear icon( ) on the box. The green indicator light on the box will show that there is indeed a match. When the battery needs to be replaced, the activation switch button comes on. The activated carbon dioxide generator and hose are stored in the safety gear box which prevents contamination. The hose and light are not encased in the protective gear box. The activated carbon dioxide generator and holder is not included with the labconco glove box but are sold separately.
