Aseptic Vial Blocks are required for the production of serums, plasmas, and other viscoelastic materials. RapidVap negative charge single tube block is used for the production of urines and other viscoelastic materials. Cyclinol is an excellent product for applications involving repeated perfusion of same or different specimens. RapidVap negative charge 20 mL block provides a secure, chemical-resistant container for urines and other liquids. Two-part container has a leakproof inner polyethylene sheath and an outside Teflon®-coated inner surface. Just apply vacuum and the urine will be drawn into the holding tube. Both upper and lower locking chucks of RapidVap are threaded to accept a urine paddle valve (RapidVap-locking system). The urine paddles are O-ring sealed and have a built-in centrifuge function. Just add water to the block and urine flows through the filter in less than one second. The urine returns to the filling cylinder in approximately one second. There is no knockdown or discharge of the syringe during centrifugation. All RapidVap components are manufactured from chemical-resistant silicone polymer. Colored examples of RapidVap products are shown. Green numbers denote the type or color of the product. Yellow and orange colors indicate chemically resistant materials.
