Steiner DBAL A3 Tactical Laser Sight with Visible Green Pointer (532nm) (<50mW), Infrared Pointer (835nm) (<50mW) and Infrared Pointer/Illuminator (835nm) (<50mW) belongs to the third generation DBAL and equipped with a focusable infrared illuminator, infrared pointer and the brightest visible aiming laser allowed by law for daylight and low light operations. This Laser by Steiner is designed for maximum operational versatility while keeping weight and size to a minimum. The Steiner Laser Sight from DBAL A3 series is currently in service by special operations forces worldwide and is also contracted the U.S. Department of Defense as the AN/PEG-15A (NSN #5855-01-535-6166).
Tactical Laser by Steiner includes a single laser activation switch, low profle wind-age and elevation adjusters and mounting holes for an optional fip-up front sight, sub-miniature red dot sight or a MIL-SPEC-1913 top rail. Dual remote cable ports located on the back of the DBAL-A3 allow the operator to plug the Forward Mounted Light or Steiner Operative OV-2 light directly into the laser housing using the dual remote cable switch. When duty calls, the superior Steiner Advanced DBAL-A3 Tactical Laser is combat-ready and considered the most innovative multi-functional laser system available today. Supplied with Quick Release Throw Lever Mount, One 3-volt Lithium Battery, 7in. Remote Cable Pressure Pad (Specify remote cable length if different from stand). Aiming laser by Steiner is waterproof to 3 meters. This laser system by Laser Device is designed for use in daylight or low light operations (Visible) as well as night time operations (NVD). The aiming laser system emits a highly collimated beam of IR light for precise aiming of the weapon and a separate IR ILLUM for illumination of the target area. The IR Illuminator is equipped with an adjustable bezel to vary the size of the illumination beam based on the size and distance of tech target. The visible pointer and IR pointer are co aligned. The visible pointer can be sued to boresight the device without the requirement of a night vision device and will simultaneously boresight the IR pointer.
