The LaserMax LMERDS Enclosed Red Dot Sight houses its included CR2032 battery on a side battery tray. Simply screw off the cover to access the battery. Removing the optic to change the battery is not required.

The LM=ERDS comes equipped with an industry first external forward-facing light sensor which automatically adjust the brightness of the red dot based on ambient lighting conditions.
