This is a secure dovetail scope mount for a Marlin 795.
I am very pleased with it. Provides proper scope height to cheek weld ratio.
I used the mount along with a 2-7x32 Vortex Crossfire II scope which I also purchased from OpticsPlanet.
Mounted Simmons mag 22 scope to Marlin 60. 3 trips to the range and remains a solid mount. Neither the scope or mount has moved. The outer edge of one openings where the scope mounts had a sharp edge. Cleaned it up with a file. Excellent value.
