I got a reply from UTG, this is not the incorrect Side Wheel for my 3-12x44 OP3 Scope.
The correct one is the "UTG Parallax Index Wheel for OP3 Scopes, 80mm Diameter".
The SW080B do not have larger enough ID opening for the Parallax Knob to fit.
once installed easy to turn and markings are close enough for my application. this is a must for these scopes and it looks good onthe scope
Pros: is a must have for these swat scopes

These wheels are a must have for your side focus scopes. I use this one and the larger 80 mm one on another UTG scope I have. They also really add to the look of your entire package. Well worth the money!
Looks and works great on my UTG 4-16X44 Compact Tactical Scope. Remember to align the 00 on the side wheel with the 00 on the scope. Push on,tighten,and done! I am also going to purchase the UTG 80mm side wheel. The reviews are good on that side ...
