The Lee Load Master is made for reloading handgun and pistol ammunition and includes a perfect world, single-stage indexing press that can be used for handgun as well as rifle cartridges; single-stage because it doesn't have the chamber pressure to control with accuracy; and automatic indexing because it doesn't have to stop to index. With the indexing feature, the chamber pressure is automatically kept from "sticking" because it doesn't have to be "forced" with added stress. The chamber is easily adjusted for precision with the optional chamber crimper and a unique universal shell holder. The single-stage version uses a screw-together cylinder and pin bushing that reduces wear and tear on precision mechanical components. The indexing feature of the single-stage press eliminates the need to manually index the shell holder and requires no thought or effort on your part. The benefit of the automatic indexing feature is that the dies can be changed from one station to another and no alignment is necessary. A detachable turret holds the pistol kit dies in place so they can be quickly and easily changed over while still leaving clearance for other dies. A unique feature of the Load Master is that it can be used as a single-stage press as well as an automatic indexing progressive press. In addition, the pistol kit comes with a standard reloading die and spacers for a second reloading die.
