Can you use multiple primer companies in this unit! The 1000 only says CCI and rem primers.

Yes, I have used CCI, Winchester, Remington, wolf and Federal primers. A little secret is you can use small and large rifle primers for handgun loads, they work just fine. They are not hotter, I get the same chronograph results. The ONLY problem you may have is a light primer strike if you have a super light hammer spring on a revolver or a super light recoil spring or firing pin spring on a semi auto. Also, this is more of a semi-auto press. Even Dillon is semi-auto if you don't use a bullet feeder. You use the priming system to seat the primer into the ram manually and you place a bullet by hand. Similar to a Dillon square deal. You can get a bullet feeder, I am about to try, but im sure it will make it more finicky. The case feeder works great, especially when modified with PEX tubing for 9mm, it orients cases 99.5 - 99.9% upright. You have to pay attention to what you are doing. Can't just pull the handle aimlessly. It is $250! It is faster than single station loading. It is truly amazing what you get for $250. You may be able to load 100-200 rds per hour if you are really focused. THAT's the truth. The powder dispenser is FREAKY accurate to the .1 grain....actually more. I load 4.1 grains of powder and EVERY time I check it it is dead nuts. Not sure about rifle loads for .223 since it is so much more powder there is more chance of error to the .1 grain. You have to finesse this press a bit. DON't get 38 super or 380s mixed in for a 9mm set up. If the cas...

The title of the review covers it. The only wish is that it came with the factory carbide crimp die. Other than that, the inclusion of the auto powder charge, brass feeder and finish round tray make this a steal!
