With this innovative Lee .30-06 Springfield Factory Crimp Die, you can simply squeeze the crimping portion against the bullet's projectile to crimp a consistent amount with each use. This type of crimping also holds the cartridge and bullet more securely in the chamber, enhancing accuracy. Many times, a crimp die can be made better, as the steel core gets compressed against the cotton seed oil and the like. When you need a specific amount of crimp, simply adjust the crimping portion of the die until it reaches the desired firmness.
