The Lee Carbide Undersize Sizing Die is exactly what you need for hand loading small pistol calibers. This sizing die ensures that the case neck is thin enough to properly hold a bullet with a minimum amount of stretch. Used with the Carbide Bullet Sizing Die, your brass will be pushed down a bit further, reducing stretch. This also preserves the hardness of the brass, making it last a lifetime. The Lee Carbide Undersize Sizing Die has finely ground carbide tips which ensure a smooth bullet seating surface every time. Because of the hardness of carbide, no lubrication is needed on either the case mouth or the bullet when using the Sizing Die. You will find the die burnishes the case and improves its appearance.image
