There is a separate piece that "Clamps" it looks like a funnel with a handle on the side. What is it for? Thanks, Rick Expert Answer

That is the part that clamps onto the eyepiece of the spotting scope and narrows down to avoid light pollution for a smartphone camera.

This will not work with my i phone 8. Attaches to my Swarofski scope just fine but will not work. Product does not have enough adjustment to align in opening that needs to be centered in scope lense..How do i return this? I can not use this at all.
