Product Info for Levenhuk Ra ATZ Altazimuth Mount

The Levenhuk Ra ATZ Mount gives you the control you need. This telescope mount is a perfect choice for both terrestrial observations and stargazing. Levenhuk Ra ATZ Mount w/ Aluminum Tripod has precise altitude and azimuth slow-motion control mechanisms; and is much easier to use than any equatorial mount. Besides, this mount is very compact and lightweight, which allows you to easily carry it to the observation site. This mount is a perfect addition to your equipment, as you do not have to adjust it before every stargazing session. The durable aluminum tripod may be adjusted to a height within the range of 35.4"-51.1" (900-1300 mm). This mount may be used with Newtonian telescopes and refractors of less than 150-mm (5.9-in) aperture. Total weight of the mount and the tripod is 14.3 pounds (6.5 kg).image
