The LPA Front Shotgun Ramped Tritium Sights is compatible with vent ribs that are 6mm to 9mm. So it should work with the Remington V3 Tac13. The sight at the link below will work with this front sight but the receiver will need to be drilled and tapped.

Does this sight fit the vent rib on the Mossberg 940 JM Pro? Expert Answer

The LPA Front Shotgun Ramped Tritium Sights fit vent ribs that are 6mm-9mm wide. The Mossberg 940 JM Pro has a vent rib that is 9.53mm wide so this sight will probably not fit.
