The Luth-AR patented Clamp-Lock Butt Plate and Extension Tube Adapter Screw, when installed properly on the extension tube will lock the adapter into place, prevents the plate from sliding forward or backward when manipulated, and improves plate integrity and attachment. The Clamp-Lock Butt Plate and Extension Tube Adapter Screw is the go to when converting a pistol buttstock to accommodate an AR style rifle to a more conventional buttstock. The use of this patented screw on a conventional buttstock provides the shooter the ability to clamp the plate firmly to the AR receiver extension tube during firing without camping.
