What is a demo item Any items listed as demo items are bags used for product photography, display at trade shows, or testing and evaluation. Often demo items are one-off bags or custom bags that we got a color combination wrong for the customer. Our mistake is your reward in those instances. What is a clearance item Any items listed as clearance items are bags that a brand new but for whatever reason we are clearing out inventory. These sales are final but the lifetime warranty for the bag remains intact. What is a blem item Blemished items have visual or aesthetic imperfections that do not impact the bag's structural integrity but can't or aren't worth the takedown process to repair the blemish. These blemishes usually aren't caught till the final QC when the bag is nearly complete. Are they damaged No, we will not sell damaged products as a demo. Returns & Warranty All sales are final on sale, blem, demo, and clearance items. All sale, blem, demo, and clearance items have the same warranty as all Lynx Defense products. The blem products are sold as is and the warranty only covers structural issues.
