Manton Cork Ring Supports are unbreakable, acid resistant, cork lined supports for holding agar plates, slides, and other lab ware in place. This is useful in making slides which have to be removed from a slide support, such as when performing enzyme digestions. Large area surface will allow an enzyme to bind to a support surface and in turn, the support surface will be smooth and hygienic. Rings can be used in many laboratory environments in which a standard rack style support is not deep enough to give a sufficient anchor point. Large area surface will also allow a thin support to be placed on top of the support ensuring that the full support surface is actually touching the ring. These supports may be used in many different orientations and for many different labware items in a given order to achieve the optimum viewing angle.
