The 41mm Arctic Steel Navigator Automatic (Arctic SSNAV AUTO) is part of the Steel Navigator squadron that features a self-winding automatic movement. Equipped with Swiss-precision and reliability, the Arctic SSNAV Auto was developed for pilots and everyday adventurerswith a white dial for increased visibility during daylight operations.
The watch represents the continued lineage of Marathons original Steel Navigator, developed in partnership with the Kelly Air Force Base in 1986.

- ULTIMATE ACCURACY - Now the most precise timepieces in the Marathon electric watch lineup, the Steel Navigator Series features an accuracy of 10s/year, operating at 32768 Hz. This is made possible by the combination of ETAs venerable quartz technology, as well as customizations specifically for Marathon.
- A MARATHON LEGACY - The design for Marathon's Steel Navigator can be traced all the way back to its initial release in 1986. Designed by Jean Maurice Huguenin (current Chief Watchmaker at Marathon) and Leon Wein (father of current Marathon President, Mitchell Wein), the original issue of the Steel Navigator was built specifically for - and in partnership with - Kelly Air Force Base.
