April brings us the next generation of first focal plane Rifle Scopes with the introduction of the Model D24V42FIML Rifle Scope. With eight magnification ratios, in the first focal plane (FFP), configuration, this first focal plane Rifle Scope simplifies the shooting experience. The special reticle design in these March Rifle Scopes allows target acquisition quickly at both low and high magnification. With the ranging feature of first focal plane Rifle Scopes, you can simply enter the ranges in the reticle and the point of impact will not change. This feature eliminates the problem of having to reset the scope back to zero if you change your firing point. The March D24V42FIML Tactical Rifle Scope also allows you to save battery on your hunting rifle. These scopes also have a T-mount base which enables you to easily mount these scopes onto a 30mm FFP / FFP mount. Lastly, the models provide an illumination function that allows you to turn the reticle glow (red) in low light conditions. The model D24V42FIML Rifle Scope has an 8x magnification ratio, keeping the reticle scale value constant throughout the entire range.
