MAXXFAN and MAXXFAN Plus have industry exclusive mounting tabs for fast and tool-free installation of optional Fanmate covers (sold separately). Each MAXXFAN provides over 900 CFM to keep you cool and comfortable and operates with the lid closed to circulate air (ceiling fan mode). This product is flush mounted and has easy to clean keypads that control the fan speed, air intake, and/or exhaust. Features a powerful 10-speed motor with a easy-to-use controller, a rain sensor, keypad controls at ceiling, a thermostat, and an electric opening. 2-year limited warranty with lifetime warranty on lid.image
