Meade Student 51-piece Microscope Kit includes a high-quality, entry-level microscope. The suporb optics are the same as those supplied with one of Meade's more expansive models. The composite body is sturdy and mechanically sound. It also includes two 3-element eyeoieces and 3-objectives providing 40x, 100x, 250x, 400x, and 1000x magnification; offers direct illumination and a mirror for ambient light, carry case and much more. The new Meade 8200 Deluxe Student Microscope Kit is a doorway to new and exciting adventures and is designed to bring hours of enjoyment, wonder and just plain fun! Discover the hidden microscopic world around you! Deluxe Student Microscope Kit comes complete with a focus knob. By slowly turning the knob back and forth, it will allow the student to effectively focus an object in the eyepiece. Two eyepieces are included in the kit. The lower-power eyepiece has a magnification of lOX and the high-power eyepiece has a magnification of 25X. Meade 8200 Deluxe Microscope Kit is supplied with a pair of stage clips, which help hold the glass slide firmly onto the stage. Meade 8200 Microscope Kit comes complete with a body tube which connects to the eyepiece while enabling the viewer to obtain a better focus on the image. A turret in the Kit has 3 lenses or objectives 4X, lox, and 40X. A microscope primarily designed for student research, it is supplied with detailed description of capabilities, safety issues and care instructions to ensure a long and productive life for this fine instrument of science.
