No. This Mean Arms AR-10 Loader is designed for .308/7.62x51/6.5 Creedmoor. You would need the 5.56 version compatible with 5.56/.223/300 Blackout found using the link below:

I bought him three of these from the dealer from mean arms they don’t work and even told me that he was in contact their engineers and have it fixed and then sent me a new one and it still doesn’t work. I don’t want your money on it.
