Will this fit on a gun with a 182 serial? Manufacturer Answer

There is a description error on our (Meprolight) part which we are trying to make a running fix on.
You want to be looking for the product with an MPN of 1309213101 which is for the original Mini 14's made between 1978 and 2004 with serial number prefixes between 181 and 197 respectively.
The inside diameter of the 30921 is .5575". Whereas the model 30923 (for the newer Mini 14's) has an ID of .5610" and a Slightly shorter height of the tritium/dot and a shorter length of the body of the assembly.

And for anyone else reading this, neither of our sights will fit the Mini-30, those have an ID of .625"

poor quality, retaining roll pin fell out and was not even the right roll pin meprolight Glow, not visible. overall still "usable" but make sure you are able to go to a store that has the right roll pins in stock and Yes i ordered the right one ...
