The Mesa Tactical Picatinny Rail for Kel-Tec KSG might work with that model. However, since the manufacturer does not specifically state compatibility with that model I recommend contacting Mesa Tactical to confirm.
Bot what I thought was a scratch and dent sale item and got a factory defect item. That was sold then returned then resold to me. The spacing on the rail is machined wrong and dose not allow anything to be mounted to it.
I love the product. The only problem that I had was for that kind of money. They shouldn't include both side picotini rails Mini rails, not just one. In my opinion, but the product is great.
Product Info for Mesa Tactical Kel-Tec KSG Picatinny Rail
Receiver-mount rails are made to be mounted onto the Kel-Tec KSG shotguns, replacing the factory optics rail. The Picatinny optics rail for the Kel-Tec KSG features small aluminum flanges on either side of the main rail that can accept additional lengths of Picatinny rail to support weapon lights or targeting lasers (accessory rail not included). A pair of unique steel recoil blocks featuring angled set screws ensure the rail assembly is securely mounted to the shotgun.
