The Midwest Industries Aimpoint Pro-Comp M4 QD Mount is compatible with the Compm4s and will allow for a co-witness centerline height without the need for a riser.

This mount for the Aimpoint scope is a fantastic product. It gets rid of the giant knob on the factory mount that rips the skin off your knuckles when you cycle the charging handle. Well worth the money.

Smith enterprise picatinny m1a mount will not fit securely with this mount. Their mount allows this mount to move forward and back one 1/4”. If you try this mount on any other picatinny it will be good and tight.
