Didnt quite fit my Rock River mid-length handguard, hole spacing was off. I installed it with one nut facing down to lock into the hole and the other facing up since it did not align with the next hole. Trimmed my heat shield just a bit for best fit....

Added this on to the front of my PSA standard handguard for bi pod use . Works Great five minute installation , added a drop of loctite to the bolt since it was metal to metal . Short length doesn't get in the way of your grip at all
