I purchased this handguard to cover my OMEGA 9K which I mounted on my SIG MPX K. With the 4.5” barrel and suppressor it almost covers the whole assembly. The handguard lines up and locks in just like the stock one with very close tolerances.

Typical good quality from Midwest. I haven’t installed onto the MPX yet so I can’t speak to the fit, some claim it to be loose and requires washers. Bought the 8” to use with an SD suppressor and it’s a snug fit but should work.
