Sometimes, an emergency calls for a versatile filter, like the NBC-77, which protects against all known CBRN threats. In other situations, however, you need specialized protection-like the VK-530 smoke filter or P3 ParticleMax virus filter. This version-the filter edition-is designed to keep your filter supply well-rounded and replenished. That way, your respiratory system will be safe, no matter what comes your way. Smoke filters remain effective even in low-oxygen environments, with as little as 19.5% oxygen. VK-530 filter offers dependable protection against organic gasses and vapors with a boiling point exceeding 65AdegC. Smoke filters provide reliable safeguarding against inorganic gasses, including sulfur dioxide, ammonia, oxides of nitrogen, carbon monoxide, mercury vapors, compounds, and particles of toxic and highly toxic substances (P3). The NBC-77 SOF filter provides long-term cost savings, as its twenty-year shelf life eliminates the need for frequent replacements. The NBC-77 filter effectively and thoroughly filters all known CBRN agents, including radioactive iodine. The Particlemax P3 virus filter offers P3-certified protection (per EN 143:2000 standards), effectively filtering out over 99.9999% of biothreats. (Note: Filter not intended for other CBRN threats.) Particlemax filter features a lightweight (100g) design. Virus filters utilize premium ULPA filter construction, known for its effectiveness against particles as small as 0.2 microns. Storage Instructions: VK-530 filters should be stored at 2AdegC (35.6AdegF) to 55AdegC (131AdegF), with humidity lower than 80%, away from any significant sources of vibration. They should be protected from solar radiation, oxidant agents, shocks, and anything that could make the filters fall down. Do not allow filters to come into contact with ketones, esters, hydrocarbons, acids and strong bases, high pressure fluids, and liquids. Each NBC-77 SOF gas mask filter is sealed in a plastic bag by the manufacturer. Store the filters unopened in a clean place at an even temperature, ideally at -5 to +30AdegC, with relative humidity below 80%. Sealed filters also tolerate conditions of -30 to +50AdegC and RH below 95%. The storage period (month and year) for filters is marked on the filter label. Do not try to regenerate the filters. Never clean the filters with compressed air or compressed water. Our P3 filters can be stored the same way you'd store other gas mask filters: in a cool, dry place, away from exposure to hazardous substances. The filters should be stored in their original packaging at temperatures from 58 to 122AdegF (50 to +50Adeg), protected from the effects of precipitation and groundwater. Maximum humidity during storage of the filters is 98%. Note that storage in places other than those specified can affect shelf life. Shelf life expiration is specified on each filter. The shelf life of each filter is twenty years.
