It combines ArmorLube's advanced DEVCOM-developed DLC coating - tested to 97,000 abrasion cycles - with precision-machined carbon-cutting skids that disrupt fouling as the carrier cycles. This dramatically improves cleanliness and reliability under high-volume use. The Carpenter 158 bolt pairs with a billet extractor and O-ring for consistent extraction, and SP4-coated gas rings extend service life while reducing friction. The 8620 M16 carrier is precision ground to perfect flatness, minimizing drag and ensuring even wear. The gas key is Permatex-sealed and OCKS-staked for maximum durability, while a chrome-plated firing pin and rubber extractor gasket further enhance ignition performance.
