The Morovision TACP Emergency Drop Zone Weatherproof Beacon is a high intensity infrared beacon designed for long distance signaling during Close Air Support (Night CAS) operations. This Emergency Signal from the experts at Morovision emits a directional signal engineered to maximize ground-to-air signal while minimizing the ground-to-ground signal. The Morovision Emergency Signal TACP Marker incorporates an 18-LED array sealed within a proprietary resin that enhances the LED's light dispersion while sealing the electronic components from the environment. This Morovision IR Signal can easily be switched ON or OFF via a single switch on the top of the beacon. The Morovision Compact TACP Emergency Signal has an additional built-in light sensor that automatically deactivates the unit to save power during daylight conditions.image
