Universal part number AE--CCIS lifts the cover off the optical section for routine maintenance and to allow for instant visual inspection of wires and cables. A rotating disc prevents damage to expensive gear trains and elevator shafts. A magnifier located underneath the lower optical section enables close visual inspection of cables and wires without disconnecting anything. A common pinhole in the lower optical section allows visual inspection of seals, wiring and connections. The AE-CCIS includes one spring-loaded digital camera for transmitted illumination of the inspection field. An image may be captured automatically at any point of the z-axis. The object and camera are sold separately.
