The Spring Assist technology features a compression spring that travels a piston like mechanism which is powered by a spring loaded pin. When the blade is released, the spring expands to open the blade which is bead blasted for extra protection. The handle is textured with a rubber over mold for added grip and the knife has a tip up pen style pocket clip. The Assisted Opening Folding Knife is a new product line that MT-Tech focuses on that offers excellent quality and an excellent value. The designs are created with an attention to detail and quality that is mindful of detail so that the knife offers great performance at a great value.image
