Will this accommodate the cylinder dimensions of a revolver assuming the barrel length is not a problem?

most likely not the foam is stiff not the soft variety I have a hard time squeezing a semi auto pistol in it with a larger flashlight due to the width of the light

The MTM Handgun Case w/ Foam is a unique soft case that features a removeable foam insert that allows the shooter to see and easily access all of the controls while the closed case protects the firearm from dust and debris. The MTM Pistol Gun Case also includes an adjustable, reversible soft carry handle, and thick padding that provides cushioning and protection. The padded case comes with a shoulder / backpack strap for easy transportation & storage. The CASE-GEARTM Pistol Case features a heavy duty, high grade steel hinge pin system that guarantees the case will not open accidentally. The Foam insert protects your handgun while in transport & once it's out, simply close the case via the steel zipper. A large, heavy duty, zipper ensures the handgun is safely secured in place.image
