Formulation is generated by a unique freeze-thaw sensitive polyethylene ball that prevents freezing and thawing during storage, greatly reducing sample degradation. This unique product form is stable during storage, and does not require sample thawing. To initiate a freeze-thaw reaction, the sample is thawed in liquid form, and then re-agitated to stop the freezing and set the ice/bubbles free. Any release agent incorporated into the frozen sample should not be frozen on. The frozen sample should then be thawed in liquid form on a subsequent freeze-thaw cycle. To initiate a freeze-thaw cycle, the frozen sample is thawed in liquid form, and then thawed in the liquid form. The sample can then be thawed in the liquid form, reheated, and then thawed in the liquid form.
