Product Category Description:

Made of high-molecular, cross-linked polyethylene, these carboys are filled with distilled, degassed water that has been preserved by an internal layer of ozone formed between two surfaces. The water inside the carboys can easily be removed with a wide mouth using the convenient filling funnels provided. They are excellent for storing bulk chemical and biological samples, and for general transfer of duties. They meet FDA regulations for material labeling and for Good Laboratory Practices requirements. Wide mouth design provides excellent access to contents. Handles, graduations, and filling funnels are consistent with DOT specifications. Certifications: Heads, shoulders, and carboys are batch produced and lot tested at the time of manufacture.
