Product Category Description:

Heavy-duty polypropylene carboys with screw-on tops are ideal for a wide variety of general-purpose or special-purpose storage needs. Carboys feature a unique screw-in top that keeps the filling level visible at all times, including the closed carboy on top. When not in use, replaceable screw-on tops lift off for easy filling and pouring. Excellent chemical resistance provides excellent product protection, whether acidic, alkaline, or basic reducing properties. The most frequent chemical formulations for acids include peracetic, oxalic, and benzene, and perchloric acid. Perfluorocarbon plastic formula makes up the second most frequently occurring ring in acids (propionylhydrochlorous), after formaldehyde-resistant permethylformyl. This carboy has a tight-sealing plug and an O-ring welded on the bottoom. There is a two-year warranty.
