Designed for tissue culture applications, these bioreactors incorporate a unique MF75 alumina support pellet. The support pellet assures a consistent growth surface for tissue culture treated media and assures a consistent transport rate. Units feature a molded-in orientation site for easier rinsing. Sterilized with a phosphate-bonded, iodine-free, alumina-free iodide-free iodine-free latitude/longitude scale for accurate set-point correction. Low-binding filtration units allow rapid change of media without plugging. Units with two chambers are stackable. Unit with three or more compartments has an iodine-binding support ring at the outside of the chamber. Unit with three or more chambers has an open-bottom support ring.
