The high-quality, molded polypropylene plastic caps are transparent, odorless, and fit snugly, eliminating breakage and leakage problems. The low-density polyethylene (LDPE) in the caps keeps the contents from drying out and reducing the loss of heat and protecting the bottles and jars from external contamination.
