Stopper filters are designed to retain lubricating oil in order to prevent bursting or leakage of the drawstring bags. The lubricant stays in the bag and does not leave a residue. Also suitable for aspiration of blood, serum or other liquids, the stopper filter is designed to retain the filter in the opened position. It traps grease or other solids, preventing leakage or odor. Size indicates filter size; number of facets per square inch are shown on the filter chart on page 3. The CS version has a tapered shape to fit the standard drawstring bags without requiring a tapered filter bag adapter.
