The wrench provides a standard starting and stopping torque for CL24-415 clamping devices and a memory store function for a torque value of last used. The pliers are designed with a folding protective storage sleeve which can be positioned under the wrench head to facilitate fast, easy assembly and breakdown of the unit. The pliers fold down to fit into a compact sleeve that fits into a draw or pocket. The pliers store flat in the housing. The molded, rigid-plastic case with hinged lid comfortably accommodates the wrenches and provides an excellent non-slip grip. The wrenches have torque values printed on the handle, so the user can easily determine the torque required for a specific clamp.
