Whirl Pak Bags with Sodium Thiosulfate (a source of sodium) are sterile, double walled, and stand-up bags that will not develop pressure leaks. Whirl Pak bags with sodium thiosulfate are excellent for use in most analytical procedures involving moisture or vapor analysis as the bags allow a significant volume of liquid to be exhausted from the system before the vacuum has completely died out. The bag is easily removed by twisting off the red extraction tie. The solution is color-coded for easy recognition. It is also supplied with a white cholesteric label on the back of each bag. Whirl Pak bags with sodium thiosulfate are sterile and are autoclavable. The pre-opened bag is easy to remove and use. The bag complies with FDA regulations requiring pre-opened and pre-clossed dates.
