Vials feature a bayonet-type crimp closure and a snap-on, click-type closure back. The second generation was designed with an indentation similar to a two-barrel racket door. Both the current and previous cycles were successfully completed with normal yields. The current design eliminates the pressure loading problems that occur with conventional snap-on/snap-top vials. The present design eliminates the need for crimping and aligning for end-to-end through the entire length of a vial neck. This product has been fully tested for chemical, physical, and radiological hazards. Prior to opening, the vial mouth should be crimped closed and a representative sample should be taken to the lab for visual confirmation of the completed harvest. The current cycle was completed with a successful completion of the streamlined half-cap procedure. All vials within each batch of Vials were successfully capped.
