The Next Level Armament Sig MCX Ambidextrous Charge Handle does not have any sort of full auto rating. Essentially all it needs to do is pull the BCG to the rear to chamber a round. This will work as intended without issue.

No. The Next Level Armament Sig MCX Ambidextrous Charge Handle is designed for the MCX only. You cannot swap charging handles between the MPX and MCX. You can find all of the MPX charging handles we carry using the following link:
