Nosler Custom Competition Rifle Bullet 6.8mm 115 gr HPBT are designed to meet the specific needs of high-volume target shooters. The industry standard for accuracy, the Nosler Custom Competition Line assures maximum ballistic coefficient for ultimate target striking performance. The form of the bullet is designed to ensure maximum accuracy as the projectile impacts the target. Upon impact a mushroom cloud develops distributing the remaining energy from the tip to the heel of the bullet. Unlike many of its competitors, the 6.8mm 115 grain HPBT has a small meplat on the hollow point reducing drag and increasing aerodynamic efficiency. The projectile has an extremely concentric jacket and a boat tail base just like the industry standard 6.8mm Remington Rifle Bullet. Nosler Custom Competition Bullets are designed to achieve the optimum balance of accuracy, consistency, and maximum ballistic coefficient. The projectiles are machined to close tolerances to ensure the tightest possible group diameters. Each bullet passes a rigorous inspection to ensure the pin hole isn't larger than the diameter of the projectile.
