Product Info for Nosler Partition Rifle Bullet .30 Caliber 170gr
Nosler Partition Rifle Bullets are designed for moderate expansion and maximum weight retention, yet offer the highest velocities of any Partition bullets. These excellent bullets feature a fully tapered jacket designed to explode immediately at the mouth of the thin jacket, coupled with gradual thickening near the axis that controls expansion while curing uniformly outward at both low and high velocities. In addition, Nosler has designed these bullets to support the expanded mushroom while retaining the rear core made from lead alloy. In the rear core area of these Nosler Partition Rifle Bullets are crimp locks that bolster the strength needed to resist deformation from the pressure of heavy magnums. Nosler Lead Alloy Partition Bullets also support the expanded mushroom while retaining the rear core area where Nosler Crimp Locks provide ample structural strength to support the weight of heavy magnums. Nosler Partition 30 Caliber 170gr Bullets are designed for moderate expansion and maximum weight retention.
