Product Info for Noveske Switchblock 6.5 Creedmoor Barrel
The Switchblock 6.5 Creedmoor Barrel is designed for the Noveske Switchblock Cantilever Action, providing a completely ambidextrous control mechanism. Noveske Switchblock Barrels feature a forend locking system and a neck encouraging hand contact for maximum accuracy. The cross slot design of the Noveske Switchblock 6.5 Creedmoor 20 inch Barrel allows for a supported, monolithic handguard to be constructed out of a single piece of steel, rather than a series of overlapping T-Nuts as found on some off-set barrels. This allows the shooter to use a conventional bolt with a shoulder-stock instead of an action-spaced bolt, which allows for easy installation on short action rifles and chassis systems. Finally, the barrel is treated with a salt-carrying cryogenically treated bore, chamber, and gas port optimized gas system.
