To ensure longevity, the reel is constructed with corrosion resistant graphite and aluminum. The reel's single ball bearing and multi-disc oil felt drag enhances smoothness and durability. To make this combo more attractive and comfortable, Okuma added black and white camouflage EVA foam grips.
