Our shipping carriers are experiencing issues with properly tracking non-expedited shipments. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates.

Due to inclement weather in certain parts of the United States, our carriers have communicated the potential for service disruptions. Please allow extra time for shipments to arrive as carriers experience delays during transit or at hubs across the country. You can continue to track your shipment as updates will be provided by the carriers. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

 

Over the past months, we ramped up and made tremendous adjustments to get back to serving you at the levels you expect from us. We are happy to see significant improvements in our operations because of those efforts, and we are back to shipping most in-stock orders within 1-3 days. Customer Service

We highly encourage customers to use our self-help tools for the most common inquiries for immediate resolution:

  • Check My Order Status
    • Enter your order number or log into your account to view your order anytime. We will also email you if there have been any important updates to your order.
  • Cancel My Order
    • If your item hasn't been prepared to ship yet, you can cancel it from the Order Status page.
  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization
    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Start by completing an RMA Form.

As the number of inquiries received is still significant, we are experiencing message backlogs. Our team is responding to as many emails per day as possible. We kindly request that you do not follow-up on your inquiry, as processing these additional emails slows down our response time to everyone.

  • We are unable to answer phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Please allow us 3 days to respond to emails.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We have successfully expanded our operations. Most in-stock orders will still ship within 1-3 days, but some orders may take longer. We are working tirelessly on addressing those orders with delays.

You can determine whether an item is in-stock before purchase by using the "Check Availability" feature of our website. Any item that is in-stock will state "In Stock" or provide the amount of inventory left on hand near the Add to Cart button. Learn more on our Inventory & Availability FAQ.

Returns Processing
